Purchasing any handmade personal item from NanaPoppins constitutes

an agreement to the following terms and conditions.

Typically orders will ship in 3 - 5 business days.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. We are unable to make any changes once your order ships. If an item is returned for wrong address information, you are responsible for charges to ship back out to you.
Should your item arrive damaged, please take photos and submit them to us via the email provided in your shipment.
Differences in color may occur due to screen color and brightness.
Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges are not accepted.
